Love where you live....
I was brought up in the Derbyshire hills, and if I'm honest most other
countryside I see seems to pale in comparison to that beautiful
countryside of my childhood. I've always craved greenery and though I had a blast when I lived in London for 5 or 6 years, by the end of that period I was itching to get out.
So when were looking for somewhere to
live that was both "countrysidey" and commutable to London for Mr P, we
saw this village and knew it was the one for us.
These pictures were taken last weekend, 5 minutes walk from my front door....I'm not sure I could ever move back to city life. I love where I live.... What do you prefer? Town or country?

Teeniest geometric stud earrings
I made these teeny stud earrings this week.
My teeny tiny 5mm hearts studs have always been popular, and this custom request was from someone with 3 piercings who wanted three x 3mm studs - hearts, squares, and circles. Aren't they cute?
I've popped the 3mm circles and squares onto my shop, but do remember that I love to do custom requests, so if there's anything you really really want, but just can't find - do get in touch and I'll see what I can rustle up.
I'm usually happy to make the item and send pictures to you first, before you decide whether to buy or not - I figure if you decide the jewellery isn't quite as you imagined I can always sell it in one of my shops instead.
PS - anyone know what the flowers in the picture? They're from my garden and I have no clue what it is!

Half term..
I can't believe it was just a week ago.... sigh...sunshine, lazy days, warmth.... what a half term holiday. We had a great holiday. Long days in the pool, sunset on the beach, way way too much ice cream.
But saying that, it's good to be back. I love that buzz you get after a holiday. All refreshed, and ready to get back into it (once the washings been done that is!). I've got a hundred and one new ideas, ready to work on (and lots of lovely orders and commissions to crack on with too!).
I just hope our UK summer happens sometime soon.....
