Great idea for a theme. we're a bit over run with apples too. I've stewed up loads for the freezer but now I'm a bit stumped. There's only so many apples you can eat.
ReplyDeleteWe have the same apple abundance issue and found a solution with homemade cider...very easy to make and tastes great! I heartily recommend it.
