It's not until September, but I am a little concerned to say the least. My running partner talked me into it in the pub - seemed like a really good idea at the time. I've got a 10k in April, which should be ok, a 10 mile in June, which I'm slightly more concerned about and then the big one.... (and that seriously is the most I could ever do - hats off to those who can run a full marathon - like my friend Liz!)
Anyway, I typed in "Running" on Folksy, and look at the lovely stuff that popped up! Click on the pic to go through to the shop.
Am loving that I'm calling it running - as oppposed to the very slow jog truly is.
Do you run?
I know of a great book called Running Made Easy by Susie Whallie and Lisa Jackson. Might inspire you! Good luck in any case and hats off to you for even agreeing to do it!
ReplyDeleteThanks Caroline, I'll have a look at that! I'm looking for something that will help me push my usual 5 - 6 mile, into something a bit more like 13 miles so any tips would be useful!
ReplyDeleteOooh no I don't do running unless absolutely necessary! Good luck with it, am sure you'll be fine :) Love your picks, I bought those greyhound coasters for my sister for Christmas, she loved them.
ReplyDeleteWell you are bonkers :-) I would pass out running 2 miles let alone 10 :-) x
